Aisling Cava Brut Mastinell Gran Reserva 2015 from Mastinell Cava & 5 Star Hotel is an elegant Cava with abundant bubbles, aged for 10 years.

At Mastinell we make our Cava using the traditional Champagne method. Our Organic indigenous grapes are from old vines. At every stage we ensure highest quality methods, manual harvest, hand picked Organic grapes, long aging all to enure elegant fine bubbles.

Tasting notes
Vivid gold with fine, delicate bubbles. Very floral with hints of apple, ripe pear, and anise. Balanced, elegant, and harmonious in the mouth. A long and refreshing finish with citrus fruit and fennel caresses.
